I just wanted to thank you for your help in solving my company's crisis. Just to show you what an average week would be like for me please see below:

• Mon – Receive 40 + invoices from DJs and have to rely on my memory to check that they had done the work charged for. Then input all of these costs into my accounts package and send off to BACS (4 hours work)
• Tues – Check with venues about changes I have made to their line-up and how their DJs were over the weekend
• Wed – Seek new work
• Thurs – Search for DJs to cover work at the weekend
• Fri – Invoice venues (4 hours work) Search for DJs to cover work
• Sat & Sun – Deal with problems and try to find last minute DJs

Now my work week is like this:

• Mon – Hit one button and all DJs get paid the right amount – 30 minutes work!
• Tues – Seek new work
• Wed – Seek new work
• Thurs – Seek new work
• Fri – Hit one button and all my venues receive an invoice! (5 minutes work)
• Sat & Sun – Relax!

Using MoleSoft has proved to be the best decision I have made this year. The fact that you are able to adapt the software to fit my exact needs is truly a benefit. On your last update you had added items that I had not realised would be useful, like the ‘Told’ function. Now I don't know how I lived without it!

Since I have installed MoleSoft’s software I have found items that I had forgotten to invoice for, and areas where I was being overcharged. These have already more than covered the cost of the software. After searching for months to try to find a software solution that would adapt to my company's needs I can truly say it was a relief to find MoleSoft.

I would recommend any Agency no matter what style to use MoleSoft's services and software, as within only weeks it will save them valuable time and, even better, money.
